Any fields below displaying a * must be completed. You will be given a username and password via email upon registering. Please keep this as you will need it to make any alterations to your registration and to gain access to extra PIX/AMC offerings after the conference.
Inclusion - Full PIX/AMC and 1 day registrations include attendance at all sessions on Monday and Tuesday (1 day registration includes all sessions for the chosen day), optional attendance at the trade display on Sunday, satchel, Proceedings, morning/afternoon teas and lunches.
Group Registrations - to qualify for the group registration rate, 6 or more people must register from the one company. A registration must be submitted for each attendee.
Students - A copy of student identification must accompany your registration. This can be uploaded above by attaching a pdf of your student id.
Family Member - is defined as a spouse/partner or other direct family member (son/son in law, daughter in law). Please note family members do not receive a satchel or proceedings.
